Security at ClearRow

Financial data requires bank-grade security. We've built our infrastructure from the ground up to ensure your sensitive documents remain encrypted, private, and mathematically verified.

Data Encryption

All data transmitted to and from ClearRow is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. At rest, data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We utilize Supabase (hosted on AWS) for secure database management, which adheres to strict SOC 2 Type II compliance standards.

Ephemeral Processing Engine

Our core Python extraction engine processes your PDF files strictly in memory. The raw PDF files are parsed, the data is extracted, and the PDF is immediately discarded from working memory. We minimize data footprint to eliminate vectors of attack.

Authentication & Access Control

Access to your dashboard is protected by industry-standard JWT token authentication. We enforce strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies at the database level, ensuring that it is mathematically impossible for another user to query or access your workspace's statements.

Vulnerability Management

We perform continuous static analysis on our codebase, automate dependency vulnerability scanning, and conduct regular penetration tests. Our infrastructure on Vercel is protected against DDoS attacks at the edge layer automatically.
